i need a DECODER for windows?

i think i found out where some of my passwords are, but its all in like jibberish or something. is there any way i can translate this to ENGLISH?

The passwords are encrypted. I use ophcrack to get Windows user passwords: http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/ .
