Yeah, you'd have to get a temporary restraining order (TRO). You could sue him for trespass, but that would only get you money (and the amount would probably be very trivial).
Otherwise, you could call the cops everytime he trespasses onto your property. But that wouldn't be as effective as a restraining order, since the cops would just ask (or force) him to leave. If you had a TRO, he could actually be fined and thrown in jail for violating it.
Good luck.

Verbally tell him again, put a NO TRESPASSING sign up & the next time he comes on your property then he's a trespasser & you can call the cops. The only problem is that the more you try to keep him away, the more your daughter will want to be with him & if you get him arrested then they might just run off together or something....... Be wise of what you do. I was a teenage daughter once & the more my parents hated my boyfriend the more I clung to him & pulled away from them. Only later in adult life did I realize why they did what they did but it doesn't erase the past....
Good luck!

He has committed trespass at the minimum. How old is your daughter? He may have committed much more than that if she is not of legal age, but then you will also have to face the possibility of being charged with abandonment or something similar.

Not while your daughter is living in the house. She is, by right of
given her permission for him to be there.
