There is no ultimate meaning to life. The only reason we have life is because our parents had sex and conceived us, usually accidentally. There is no evidence at all for God, souls or any kind of afterlife that might make this life a test of any sort. In light of that, you've basically got 3 options:

1. Accept it and move on with you life.
2. Delude yourself by chasing some unattainable purpose.
3. Conclude that a purposeless life is too depressing and kill yourself.

I personally endorse option #1.
