1) Pick up Dialogues by Galileo, it's proven in there. The Earth revolves around the sun because it's a mathematical impossibility for the sun to revolve around the Earth. The rest of the universe would have to revolve around the Earth in such a manner to appear as though the Earth revolved around the sun.
2) The only way to prove this is from evidence left on the moon, so probes would have to be sent out there to take pictures.
3) We've seen atoms through extremely high powered electron microscopes. Google it.

well...i'm sure astronomers can prove the earth revolves around the sun but i sure as hell can't. i hope the government can prove that NASA landed on the moon because no one else can. and i cannot prove atoms exist either. that's up to the chemists and biologists.
