Another business posted a question on yahoo to discredit ours. It now appears in google searches and we have no right of reply. Is this fair, when we pride ourselves on customer service, have 100% feedback on ebay and will go to any lengths to satisfy customers.

Is that why you have been emailing / spamming me abusing me because I answered a question.

I've never heard of your business clipper world, never answered a question about it either - so get your facts straight before abusing us users.

Just don't panic.

The internet is an open forum. So think of the street corner. You can either go out and Yell the same message, or just let it pass.

Just don't go attack them and play their poor game.

sometimes you have to fight fire, with fire......on the other hand, if you or your company, can prove that their comments are not true, then you have a case of "LIBEL" and can sue for damages
