It really seems more like it was just five years ago. I'm glad that his brother is still around doing movies. Life is not easy and it gets harder when you are in the global spotlight with people constantly diving into your personal life. I wouldn't want to be famous because I value my personal life. I don't want the paparazzi trying to photograph me every time I get into my hot tub.

know what?
I used it as a lesson. Those who waste pay with great haste.
I know about river through Johnny Depp. If it weren't for his death no one would know who Depp was, because he was not as talented as Phoenix.
It not always about talent but timing and opportunities. Keep trying.

Yes, it's still very sad. He didn't have to die. He was an excellelnt young actor, who made a wrong decision to use drugs. I think young fame tends to do that to people.

No I wasn't but drugs do that to you. It's a shame.
It goes right in line with my theory. No matter how much money you make, it doesn't make you any smarter.

Yes I can believe. Nope, I wasn't a fan.

Drug users die every day, some of them with far less good fortune than he piddled away. The bonehead OD'd on a speedball (cocaine and heroin).

I'll save my sadness for some poor kid who never saw a way out of his circumstances, had no gift to be his ticket out, and never came even close to knowing what his true potential could be.

Good riddance.
