I have to write a math journal on a graph I found.
This is what it says to do after finding a graph.
1)What is advertiser/author's intention for presenting the data this way?
2)Who is their target audience?
3)Is the data valid or biased? Justify your response
4)Make three inferences about the data
5)How can we help this cause?
Can you help me by helping me answer those questions based on that graph? Since it's a math journal I should probably put it in paragraphs not just 1) 2) right?

Thanks to whoever actually helps!
No stupid answers like go do your own homework, DON'T ANSWER THEN OKAY?!

Thanks guys! ♥

Intention: to enumerate the distribution of homeless families.
Target audience: presumably social service workers.
Validity/Bias: it seems valid, but we cannot know if complete.
Inferences: there are many homeless families in Calgary,
the majority are housed in facilities, 16% are on the street.
Help the cause: improve housing conditions & availability.
