Ok, so I bought an item off ebay and pay pal paid it within five minutes of the close. The seller took two days to tell me that he was out of town until Tuesday. I got an e-mail from pay-pal saying that a label failed to print (not quite sure what that means) and it wasn't going to shipped. This was Wednesday. So, I e-mailed him asking him what was going on the same day. I have yet to recieve a response, but the item arrived via UPS on Friday.
Is this considered prompt shipping? Should I leave neutral feedback or even negative since he failed to respond to me?
I'm very new to this whole ebay thing, so any and all advice is much appreciated.

It depends where it is coming from! If you got it in less than a week, that is prompt!
I would think receiving your order any where from a week to ten day excluding Sundays and Holidays from time of purchase is Prompt shipping!

Prompt shipping is 3-5 days. I have an ebay account.

Packages usually take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Plus you received your package. I would leave a positive feedback.
I'm betting the ebayer is a power seller, so your item was shipped from a warehouse, and not from the ebayer personally.

usually about 7 days, but I had one item that took 3 1/2 weeks. It depends on how they ship it and where they are shipping it to.
