Do you mean, what can that person DO about it? Nothing, if you chose to live in that country. Well, ok, almost nothing. There ARE wireless / satellite connections , if you can afford them. And you can move out of the country, "vote" with your feet, if you will, if you can get out alive. Those are basically your only two options ( baring your willingness to foment revolution and political change to get what you want, or via assassination of officials, terrorism, etc. )

Get into ("wireless")! Yahoo and otheres offer a great wireless system! I used to have it until i returned to the cables! I dont want the cables to disappear, so i support them, as they evolve! I know the people whom like to be in the top twenty will always support the satel;lite program, and this is good, and to be desired! i simply cant afford it!
