Yeah. Big boobs put pressure on your back. Breast reduction helps.

That is a VERY good reason for your back to hurt.

I had serious back and shoulder pain and it was gone immediately after I had breast reduction surgery (covered 100% by insurance).

Even the best fitting bra may not help. Been there tried that.

Oh yeah. It sure can be because of big breasts. My Dr. actually was crude when he said this to me but it did help a lot. He told me I needed to buy stronger over the shoulder boulder holders! Meaning, he explained the straps have to have enough strength to hold them up so your not compensating your shoulders and back to hold them with. Sounds stupid to me too but i bought stronger bras and it helped.

It will be a combination of large breasts plus a poorly fitting bra.

It is absolutely vital for all women to be properly fitted for their bras, but even more so for those of us who have larger breasts.

Go to a specialist bra store and make an appointment for a fitting. A properly fitting bra will do wonders for both relief of your back pain and your posture - as well as for how your clothes fit across the bust and how good you look!

yea that can cause your back to hurt. One way to help the back pain is to wear a good support bra and sit up straight don't slouch. keep your shoulders back. it may feel weird at first but you will get use to it.

Yep.

If you have health insurance - some health insurance plans will pay for breast reduction surgery if you are having back problems.
