Well, music-wise:

The Wild Party (Off-Broadway, Lippa Version)

and

Chicago (Broadway, Kander and Ebb)

are very similiar.

Plot-wise:

Bright Lights, Big City
Legally Blonde
Little Shop of Horrors
Wizard of Oz

(these musicals all involver girls who want something more, and travel there to get it).

Well I reccommend the musical 42nd Street. It's very good and is similar to Millie. Check it out here:
