Yes, WAY too much. I'm incredibly self-absorbed, though. I am usually worrying about something that is in some way related to myself.

Everyone worrys for a while, but with time you get over it and get on with your life. Cause worry wont mend things, it will only get you down. Put it behind you and learn from the experience and get stronger in your mind and body and move on.

No. worry turns to stress. Stress is a killer. I sometimes become concerned ,and rare ,but could get a bit angry . I try to deal with the situation as quick as possible

I seldom do.
Worriying a lot is not good.
It will lead you to no where.
Try and solve problems by actuallu tackling them one by one, not by constant worrying or worrying all the time.
