Visit Microsoft Update and install the latest updates.

Then download and run AVAST 4 Home Edition Antivirus

It's crucial to keep your antivirus software current with the latest updates (usually called definition files) that help the tool identify and remove the latest threats.
In addition, not all antivirus tools are the same; if you find that the one you use isn't working to your satisfaction, you should do some research and try an alternative.

You can run some online (free) scans that will clean as well...

If you have anti-virus programs installed in your system, run a full system scan and then remove the detected viruses. and, if u don't have antivirus programs installed, do it right now. You can also download some free trial versions of anti-virus programs from websites of "symantec", "microsoft" etc.

First go here and run the online virus scan and cleaner: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Then go here and download the free version of the AVG anti-virus program and remember to update it at least weekely: http://www.grisoft.com/

This anti-virus is NOT a trial version, it is permanent and free to individuals.
