New Hampshire or the other states in News England are noted for their fall foliage.

I am 100% sure that photo is tweaked, that is, adjusted, manipulated and combined in a computer application such as Photoshop, Painter or something like that.
Some of the placements are not very natural looking and the shadows don't match, as if the parts were photographed in different times of the day, under completely different lighting conditions and so on. Something odd about the deer's legs, too. This may be an entirely artficial construct.
If the artist had spent more effort at working with the artistic filters, and less trying to make it look like a natural photograph, then I might have said he had a marketable product.
It is still a very pretty picture. Nicely composed. Trees can truely be of those colors in the Autumn, around the Northeast part of the US, and a few other places. I doubt you'd be able to photograph the deer AND the geese at the exact same moment two leaves just happen to be falling in front of he camera..

From Arkansas through Tennesee and North Carolina mountains.
But the blueness of the pond is what you would find where there is gypsum which is found in mid to southwest Arkansas.
The Canadian goose needs help. They don't land like that or take off like that. Nice color.
