Who do you think should own/control the Internet? It can be a person, company, country, etc

In order to guarantee the complete freedom of information, as is the intended purpose of the internet, nobody should control it. Control constitutes censorship of information and gives some entity the ability to decide who reads, sees, and learns what. This is a violation of your right as a human to become what you want to become.

The internet should be controlled by nobody.

Your momma (just kidding)

I think it's fine as is... loosely connected. It would lose value and its spirit if some authority started making rules on what can be done and what can't. Look at China; there's also been reports on certain Internet Service Providers blocking their users from accessing their competitors' content, or blocking their users from using services like Voice Over IP. Obviously such actions are anti-competition and anti-choice.
Who wants that?
Thats my two cents.

No one should control it at all.

I recommend reading the books and web sites by Larry Lessig, Law Professor at Stanford University who focuses on exactly this area.
