Yes, they can be compatible as long as the ENFJ is willing to let the ESTJ take charge a lot. You are both extroverts, which you need to keep in mind and work to your advantage, letting each other have the spotlight when necessary. It is usually better if one is "E" and one is "I".
The good news is that you are opposite temperments: one is N and one is S. This is good because usually opposite temperments attract.
But, hey, as long as you both respect and understand each other, you'll be fine. Don't let Keirsey tell you it won't work!

I really don't know what this alphabet soup is, but I don't thing personality tests are really going to pick a mate for you. I really prefer the excitement and drama of the old fashion way - meeting people, talking to them, going out, and getting to know them over time. I guess the fast pace of life is changing all that, and not for the better. Tests are snapshots of people's qualities. You might as well have your hand read or use Tarot cards.
