I 've got fraud internet money order, how can I deal with and where I can claim for. Please help.?

If you just got it and didn't do anything with it, then you aren't out anything - just discard it. If you deposited it and send money to the sender, supposedly to return some of the money to them, sorry, you've been scammed - there's nowhere to claim it back from, you are just out the money.
