Absolutely... usually the only stat that doesn't get incorporated is in Pre-Season (Spring Training) or All-Star Games.
They will factor that into their stats, but keep the two seasons (pre and post) seperate just to show the fans how well they do when the stage is set and the lights are the brightest.

Go to mlb.com and look at any players career stats. Post season stats are always listed separetly from regular season.
