Only at another college with a Scantron machine. The way it works is that the company makes a deal with the college that they can have a free Scantron machine for every so many forms they sell. So they don't sell the forms anywhere there isn't also a machine (I know this because a couple of years ago we only had one machine at our school, in the library, and faculty were complaining that they didn't want to go over there to use it. I called the company, thinking they would quote me a rate for a machine, and they told me that based on our bookstore's sale of forms last year, we were eligible for a second machine).
