it's not good to keep your feelings bottled up so who do you run to?

Well, trust on a long term basis certainly should be earned. If one is of the spiritual nature of course they have an avenue that does not include the human element. If not, then one needs to use their brain and judge what is said to them, i.e., does this make sense to me?

Looking for help and not trusting anyone is sort of like looking for a corner in a round room. Everyone from time to time needs assistance whether they want to admit it or not. There is nothing wrong in trusting someone for advice because after all---that is what it is---only advice.

You talk to someone who has no interest in your situation.

A "disinterested party" if you want a technical term.

This could be a psychologist, a clergyman (possibly from a church Other than the one you attend...) an advice columnist, or a doctor.

These are people who can and will give you objective advice- there is nothing in it for them if they just tell you what they think you want to hear.

You have to open up and let your instincts be your guide. It is hard to trust a lot of people but there are honest ones who want to help you just have to feel which one is B.S. and which one is there for you.

I am not trying to get religious on you or anything, but what some people fail to realize is that we all are created for God and when we leave Him out of out lives we suffer, and no one can help us really accept Him. I am not telling to go to Him I am just letting you know some of our troubles comes to us because we willingly reject Him. And the only one you can trust is God, but that is a decision you would have to make.

You look for people you can relate to and hopefully you will find someone who is true to themselves. It's really hard to find those people. The only people I can turn to are my parents. I'm sorry and I would love to talk to you on a personal level. Please read my email! I've been looking for someone to talk to!

Seek unbiased help from a professional whom has no personal interest invested.
