The flash circuit in a camera generates 300-400 volts or so to fire the flash
tube. The energy is stored in a component called a capacitor. Once charged, the
available peak current from the capacitor is essentially infinite, limited only

Just like tasers the biggest danger is that you never know if the person you are charging has a heart problem or an implant which might be affected. And the camera shockers (not really a taser because it doesnt shoot) is an uncontrolled voltage
