Years ago, before they put in the sewers, the shower smoked, but now it acts like a regular old grandma shower. I've purchased a couple of shower heads that promised more fire power, but alas, that magic massage has eluded me. Help!!

Look into the top of the shower head where it screws in there should be a little plastic cap in there remove it . It is a flow restrictor to save water they are trash you can usually get them out with a screwdriver or needle nose plyers

Guapa,
I myself had this problem.My wife an I bought all kinds ,1 looked like a spider, less an less Fire.. We both like the Water hot an lots of it. But NO!
So are You ready for this? We got a Plastic Shower Head just a regular one an its not the greatest but it doubled the pressure an water flow.
Or check an see if you have a regulator in your water line were it comes in the home at , if so get some who knows how an turn your pressure up there also.
Remember the smaller the opening , more pressure. Think maybe a reducer before head mite even help.
Wish i could be more
Help, Good luck!!!
Mike
I,d say Regulator in
Water Line,Solve it:::
Note:booster pump would take a plumber an a min.50gal.Tank so it has the water to push to you.
IT connects to the water line an keeps tank you installed full to add pressure in your Home ko. Have a good 1

Im suspecting you have a flow problem and not a pressure problem. If so, this is an easy fix. Todays shower heads are designed to save water. Most are set to deliver 2 gallons per minute. To gain flow, simply unscrew the shower head and drill out the restricter hole in the inlet of the head. Usually a 3/8" hole is enough.

All modern day showers and faucets have water restrictors in them, this is the law. You can change it, take the end off, that's where your going to find a small white, some are black, plastic disc. Take this out, then put everything back together. Some of these are permanent, you'll have to drill it out.
