My picks would be D-Day, VE Day, VJ Day and the Moon Landing. I might throw the Nuremberg trials in there too as well as Eichmann's.

There are so many to choose from, so I would probably select one that impacted directly on my even existing in the world, so the invasion of Poland by the German army in 1939. This event lead to my parents meeting, marrying and creating myself and my siblings.

Go back to April 14, 1865 and somehow make sure that Booth does not kill Lincoln who survives and lasts out his 2nd term of office just to see what would have happened if his assassination never took place .

I would go back in time to view the Salem Witch Trials, spooky, but I think I would. I want to see firsthand how spoked the townspeople were as well as those accused of being witches.
