I can't see my pain through other peoples eyes
because I always try to hide it, which is not good.
Keeping it inside hurts worse.

God Bless. the superb factor you are able to inform you buddy is which you're there for her, It would not do any good to assert issues gets greater appropriate or that there will be different toddlers... purely be together with her and renowned you be attentive to she is going via a hard time.

Yeah, ok.. so what good is this?
*Edit: To what end will you use this ability? I am not certain that having others see your pain is necessarily a good thing. If you can carry that burden alone, do it. It's already too heavy out there, isn't it? If you can lighten some burden in others, do that...
If you need understanding and someone to understand your pain, then I suppose it may make you feel understood to have your pain reflected in another's gaze. But not to ponder on this matter too long, as there is no solution to that pain in you--that is what needs fixing.

Of course. My loved ones suffer as much or more than me, when they know I suffer. It is especially hard for parents or adults to see a child suffer. A sick child can read the pain in their parents eyes.

I recognize a reflection of my own pains in other people--that's why I feel so much compassion for people and hate to hurt anybody. It would be like hurting myself.

If I am having a very bad day...I can see it in how others look at me sometimes. If they know me well and understand why I am upset - nothing needs to be said.
