Yes -- directly from the Federal District Court in Oregon -- 17 F.Cas. 1279

LOL!!!

It was an appeal within the federal system... BUT the federal case was initiated to contest the result that occured in an Oregon case.

The federal lawsuit was a collateral attack of a state judgment arising out of Oregon, The federal case was based upon lack of jurisdiction by the Oregon Court.... and it took me about two weeks of intensive study with Black's Law Dictionary by my side during my 1st year of law school to figure that out.
