My parents are getting my 17 y/o sister a prepaid cell because she runs up the bill with a contract phone. My parents and I are trying to figure out what's a good company to go with and a good phone for her. Also, I've been checking out this phone... http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/phones/Detail.aspx?class=prepaid&device=d1424fcd-2e09-455e-bed1-80fb9fbf9b55 Is this a good phone or should she go with another company. Also, I was telling her that should get a contract phone and just have them to make it prepaid or something. I mean what's the best route to go on this?

Almost every phone can be limited as to who they can call to just the phonebook. That's a perfect way to make sure a contract phone doesn't get out of hand. As far a prepaid goes, once it's used up its off until you pay again, which isn't always handy. But there are so many options you just have to look around and see what fits based on what you plan on using
