Yahoo IS the regulation. have not you ever study their open-ended community regulations? besides, that's a VOLUNTARY website! i'm making a raffle that the main explanation for changing their risk-free practices coverage had something to do with the easy actuality that they (the powers that be) have been given an ultimatum that did not seem good for their merchandising and marketing recommendations & destiny income. maybe some government investment exchange into going to vanish in the event that they did not "play alongside"??? Buk ought to objective a lawsuit, yet i for my area doubt that he/she might have the skill to get a ruling of their want. it would be interesting to work out the outcomes in the event that they did make sure to take Yahoo right into a courtroom conflict. i assume purely time will tell till somebody finally figures out yet in a diverse thank you to conquer the gadget...this methodology, maybe? this is my take on the difficulty. plainly that the two facets (consumers & proprietors) may well be accountable of abuse each and every sometimes. this is purely a internet site & should not be taken heavily till a man or woman is identifying to purchase a private communicate board & commercials to get their component or product out to the a lot!

What a great Q!!!
Whatever happened to freedom of speech anyway? I see people on here violated for the most innocent of answers. I myself was yesterday for saying * I can draw a tree* on a Q that I had answered. I don't think Yahoo looks at why a person is violated. They just look at the fact that they have been reported by a troll. You'd think they would have figured that out by now. Damn TROLLS!

Yahoo keeps deleting Buk because he keeps trying to steal their sausage.
And their pants.

Yahoo is not a governmental agency. They have the right to decide what content is posted on their website.
Freedom of speech was meant for people to be able to speak against the federal government without fear of crimminal charges being filed on them. Yahoo has no obligation to uphold or guaruntee anyone's rights except their own and their own rights include deciding who can post what on the sites that Yahoo owns.

Hi Snoopy. The Red Baron already flew through. Buk invited me to be one of his "friends", I was excited for about 0 seconds, clicked on it to accept, oh crap. It said "Oops, cannot access". I think he blocked me.
I think Yahoo waits for poor ol Buc to show up.
Nah, I doubt he could sue Yahoo unless they slander him. They simply "off" him.

Anyone can sue anyone at anytime. Will he win? Most likely not. Yahoo is forum that is free to join but rules will be applied. If you dont play by the rules, youre out. Plain and simple.

Hello, kids!
Today's word is "loophole".
Can you say "loophole"?
I like the way you say that!
A loophole is when Buk's account has been deleted and he creates a new one.
Can you say "Buk"?
I like the way you say that!
