Yes. It sure as heck couldn't hurt. There isn't a whole lot of kindness in the world today....look at the mess it's in now.Where if I live, if ya hold a door open for a person, or let them into a lane of traffic others look at ya like u r nuts. Best one is smiling n saying hello as u pass by. That's my favorite cause the don't know how to react.

While kindness will go a long way towards working out any troubles, it can't in & of itself be the answer. You can have all the kindness in your heart, but without a solution to the problem, your kindness is useless. I can love you & my heart can break for you, but if I don't have viable solutions to your problems, all my wonderful feelings are wasted.

yes work in call center with billing issues for people
and you knwo if the customer is kind or humble get all the treatment
if rude and arrogant never get the inch so you
