Premiere Prep reports that Blake Shelton has filed for divorce from his wife Kaynette, after less than three years of marriage.

After the couple moved to Nashville, Kaynette went on the road with Blake as his assistant. When Shelton's career took off in 2001, Blake made it a point to go ahead and marry his longtime companion. Kaynette briefly appears in the video for Blake's hit "Some Beach."
