I really want to not care. I hope that's ok with all those politically correct folk.
By the way, I won't be at the Dumbeldore gay rally, I hope I won't get in trouble for not showing up.
Also, I didn't get any condom handouts when I was in middle school, what a rip off when I was a kid, huh?
We really missed out.

I love the way everyone's like "I knew it all along". I never really thought about it but now that I do I guess there were some indicators. A bigshot wizard like him would probably meet loads of women, many of whom would be throwing themselves at him so it seemed a bit unusual that there was never mention of a witch in his life. I think it's a positive thing that JK outed Dumbledore but, like some gay rights activists have commented, I think she should have said something in the book, or at least hinted at it a bit more. Lots of people love Dumbledore, and if children knew that he was gay they could definitely become more tolerant of homosexuality. But I can imagine a lot of parents would have had a problem with their children being "exposed" to it. There are far too many narrow-minded people.

Ok, so I have to say that I was shocked by this! To be honest, I never thought about Dumbledore having a relationship with anyone since the problems with Harry are always so intense! But I should've known... there were clues weren't there???

I think her statement was ridiculous and took away from the imagination of alot of Harry Potter readers.

I love that she's just added more controversy to the whole Harry Potter series.......But it does kinda drop hints all along.
