I like Piper, but not Raine. Especially WITH Piper. LOL Just reminds me of a gutter ("piping rain" away from the house). Sorry, but that was a very vivid, obvious image, and I wouldn't want to do that to any child.

I love the name Piper! It is so cute, and I think that it goes well with the name Ava, who I am guessing is your other child.
Piper is sweet sounding, but with some attitude. It's a name that sounds bright and fun.
Like it alot!
Also, I like Harper, which has the option of the cute nickname Harp. But Piper is better!

Avas mummy again!
Piper Raine is absolutely great. Unique enough to last a generation or two. If half the folk were heeded on this site we would all share a dozen or son names. Fresh input is what's needed and you have it.

I don't really like it -- too easy for her to be made fun of! And it makes me think of a rain gutter (rain pipe)! I agree with Shanta - Payton Raine would be better, but I would spell Raine as Rayne instead. Payton Rayne sounds nice and looks nice spelled out! Ultimately, it's up to you!

You definitly have an imagination, but middle names are better for that. For first names, classics are best. Elizabeth is full of possiblities: it can be Liz, Lizzie, Ellie, Beth. Or Mary, Samantha, Jamie, Allison. If nothing can come to mind, invest in a book (Borders has a ton) that is dedicated to baby names. Congrats with the baby!
