The answer for your question is no. The Romans did not have an organized festival of athletic competition similar to the Greek Olympics.

Olympic games were a Ancient Greeks. Monopoly, For taking part to them you had to be Greek, coming from a Poleis of original Greece or from a Colony. These games were dedicated to Zeus, the most important Greek God, so they were sacred games, not a simple athletic or sport contest like today. They had a deep religious value, at least at beginning. Roman didn't have such kind of celebration (eve if Gladiators game had the same sacred origins). BTW Romans didn't cancel Olympic Games,. They were canceled by Emperor Teodosius only in V century, and mostly for religious motivations,as they were considered a part of pagan celebrations. On the contrary , for example, Emperor Nero wanted to Sing his Poem during a Olympic game.

Your question confuses me a little but when the Romans conquered Greece they banned the Olympics! They banned them because the Olympic Games fostered Greek Unity and brotherhood. To ban the games would disunite the Greek City States and make them easier to conquer
