I heard that coach has a great policy about fixing their purses with damage but I am not sure what they will and will not repair.

yeah they will, just make sure that you have the receipt and then take it to the store and they will send it and then when it is fixed they will ship it to your house. it usually takes about 6-8 weeks but it's worth it. or if it can not be repaired they will get you a new bag.

hope that helps. =)

as long as the purchase is purchased through an authorized retail store, i.e. a coach store or a department store like Nordstroms, you can either send it back or take it to a coach store.

I have done this a couple times. It makes no difference how old the purse is as long as it is an authentic bag carrying the correct serial numbers inside.

I had the edges on mine repaired and a new handle. they pretty much will repair anything that can be fixed. You just pay for shipping and handling.

see attached for more information.

ya, your purse came with an id and a card thing that has customer service number and website.. cal the number, give 'em your purse id, they SHOULD give you an address [even though its on the card] to send it to. and they'll fix it. but it has to have a warranty.
or take it back to teh store you got it at. i know nordstrom fixes [or sends back purses to get fixed] for [i think free] thats what they did with my boots.
call the store and ask, or call coach.
