Which game is better? Ace Combat 5 or Shadow of the Collosus.?

I want to buy a new ps2 game but I only have the money for 1. I want to know which one is better based on graphics, game play, and difficulty. I would like it to be hard and the graphics awesome, also I would like it to be long and have many levels.

Personally I find flying games very boring, all you do is fly around and shoot stuff. There is no character to play, no ground action, no searching for things, no stores to buy stuff, no interaction with other characters, again - ALL YOU DO is fly around and shoot stuff - boring!!!! Shadow of the Colossus is a good game but not a great game. But it's better than a flying game. To help you out here is my list of favorites:

There are a total of 32 games on this list. They are all Platformer/Action/Adventure games, my favorite kind. I have enjoyed playing all of these games, I still have them and I do not intend to ever get rid of them. I enjoy replaying them from time to time. Shadow of the Colossus is one of the best games I've played on the PS2. It has great graphics, it can be quite challenging, and it's a really unique gaming experience.

Ace Combat 5. Really stellar graphics with good gameplay and challenge. Set it to Ace mode and it gets pretty hard.
