Political correctly doesn't make things structured -- it makes them stifled -- it prevents people from saying what they truly believe, and forces them to treat everyone else as fragile children.
Political correctness -- and the rules of etiquette that ostracize anyone who doesn't conform to society expectations -- will be the downfall of creativity and honesty -- and largely have been already.
