Not enough information. Diesel or Gasoline? How many powerplants? Air conditioning? How many Rooms, Galley refrigerators? 1986 is 22 years old lots of things can corrode and wear out salt water or fresh? How many hours are on the motors and how many hours are on the generators. When was it dry docked and hull painted last? Remember the two happiest days in a boat owners life? the day you take it out for the first time and the day you sell it. Had a friend once who told me that a good starting place for the price of a boat is $1000.00 per foot.
