Some Trojan / virus files are hard to delete. Try holding down the Shift key and press the delete key (with the file hi-lited). -or- try draging it to the Recycle bin, then empty the Recycle bin.
Sometimes works: hi-lite a file of yours that is ok to delete, hold down the Ctrl key and clk on the infected file (to hi-lite it also) Then hold down the Shift key and press delete. If none of the above works, do Properties on the file and make sure it is not Read Only. If it is, change it and keep trying. Good luck. Other possible help; type the file name into Yahoo or Google search bar and see if any results help you.

Try to install anti virus program like AVG from www.cnet.com . Key in 'avg' at CNet site search box to find its installation file. CNet is one of the best site to download any software.

Once installed, AVG should find any virus on your computer and clean them.

Update AVG as often as you can like daily.

need to go into your registry and delete them one by one make sure they are the exact files go to start buton then run type in "regedit" youll see registry files
