My favorite snacking apple are the Fuji apples because I like how sweet, juicy, and crisp they are. For cooking, I like using Golden Delicious. They cook so well and are perfect!

I really like Honey Crisp apples which are available in the stores now for a short time. The name says it all - they really are very sweet and crisp.
