What in your opinion are the problems not to be solved in the next coming years ?

I have noticed like every one of you that some of our problems in a mean way are not meant to be solved soon . my mother died because her liver was not functioning any more and the surprise for me was not only that there was no cure to kill the hepatitis in the first place but the presidential veto on any reserch regarding stem cells which could saved her life and millions of people with her . when i thought about it i found that we have other cases not ment to be solved either like global warming
so i thought i should leave this to you guys to say what you think that was denied solvimg . we may a word to be heard .

Healthcare will not be solved. Or I will say will not be solved by the government. The government can only make it worse. If they really wanted to help with healthcare, they would impose limits on what companies like Stryker, Linvatec, Zimmer, Medtronic charge hospitals. If the costs to hospitals decreased, hospital charges would be decreased. As it is now, these companies can charge whatever they want to hospitals. Case in point, one titanium screw can cost a hospital 600 dollars. This same screw would cost a airplane manufacturer 2.00. Same screw, but because it is healthcare, they charge 600 dollars. Anything wrong with this? I think yes. How can they fix healthcare if they cant even stop the gouging from the vendor companies.
