You sound as though you may be clinically depressed. There is help for you, but you must decide to reach our for it. First stop, mental health services. Look in your phone book for suicide prevention and referrals to mental health counseling. See a doctor and he/she can help you develop a program to get you healthy. It may mean medication as well, but most people take it until they are better and the doctor helps wean them off it.
Next stop, job counseling, you may need additional training to upgrade your job skills. If you are in a fair sized city or near one, there will be some sort of department with the city government for to help women in your situation.
Community colleges and larger universities will have programs, too, for training upgrades that don't involve full time enrollment. Depending on your situation, there may well be financial aid available as well.
Look into support groups, meeting and talking with other women who are doing what you are doing and succeeding will give you a tremendous boost.
Finally, this sounds odd, but consider doing some volunteering for a cause dear to your heart. Your willingness to give time and energy will make you feel better and put you in touch with many other people with similar likes. Too, it's entirely possible you can network your way into a paying job.
Forget the guy, just pretend he was a fire that burned down your apartment. Concentrate on the future and what you CAN do. It's a lot.
Finally, thank your daughter and help her as much as you can. The more you work and give, the stronger you will become.

I really can't help that you were so gullible I guess one time or another we have taken a chance. But as far as a job I can tell you where to get one. That is if you have a good drivers license and driving record. Go to expeditors online. Com there is a lot of ads for van drivers for expedited freight.
