Okay, I presume you mean how many miles per hour?

Well there are 5280 feet in a mile.

And there are 3600 seconds in an hour (60 * 60).

Therefore it's a ratio:

628/4 = x/3600

4x = 628 * 3600 = 2260800

4x = 2260800
Divide both sides by 4
x = 565,200

Therefore, that "something" is travelling at a speed of 565,200 miles per hour.
