Yes he can and he doesn't care because it feels good and the feeling will go away if he stops. But if he can feel it broken he should just pull out when he's about thru so the girl won't get pregnant. But some guys don't and then it's too late

Sometimes. Actually, most times. On the penis it feels about the same, but you might feel a sort of 'pop' and suspect that it has broken. I have pulled out thinking it was broken before, and it wasn't; other times, it was. So, I'd give it an 80/20 that yes, most times, guys know. (They just don't usually care!)

only god knows they get so into the moment that they don't stop~
If you cant feel it why can they???
That's Y its not good to just use condoms you should be on birth control if you don't want to get pregnant!
the day after pill is expensive, but ITS THERE IF U're not sure or if this happens! Its a lot cheaper than 18 years ++++ of supporting a child!!!
People act stupid like it cant happen, IT CAN take the day after pill, especially if you KNOW it broke and there are sailors about lookin to penetrate! LOL
RESPONSIBILITY PEOPLE TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!
Even Walmart sells the day after pill!

Sometimes because you will be able to feel the vaginal wall touching you. Though you will not always be able to feel it snap, and you won't know it snapped since the rippage may be minor.
And if you do feel it snap, rarely anyone is going to say anything about it until the very end.

Depends on what he is really worried about at the time... Most men know, they just say they don't. So the blame is not on them
