Well if every test you did is negative chances are your not pregnant this time. Normally PCOS sufferers have irregular cycles - perhaps this is related to your PCOS. The only way to find out for sure if your pregnant is to take a blood test.

im a pcos patient also and im trying to concieve as well but getting to your question
you could be pregnant but u might also not be
my cycles are very weird i get my period every 3-4 months apart and then ther are some months that i get it every month so it could be the pcos acting up and it messes with your hormones
if u still think u r pregnant then i would call up the doctor and tell them whats goin on they will surely give u the right advice and answers i can only tell u from experience but everyones body wprks diffrerently

i have pcos and having a late period usually has nothing to do with being pregnant. if your periods are irregular then that is most likely the reason for you being late esp. if you already took a pregnancy test.
i know this is frustrating. are you seeing an RE. are you on fertlity meds or anything?

Well i also have pcos and as we know our periods can be irregular and sparatic. but as women we also know our bodies if u don't fell right consult your ob/gyn!
