Yes, it does exist. Its cool and all but damn expensive. If you have the money, there is no better video card. But in my case Im using 2 regular EVGA GTXs with thermalright sinks on them and cost me just a little over of what you will spend on Black Pearl, but Both of my cards running @ nearly Pearls specs and basically perfomancewise they are at least 50% faster than Pearl. Im running q6600 OC @ 2.99Ghz and 2GB of 800mhz ram OC to 1056Mhz, all this on EVGA 680i SE mobo.

Wow... just wow
This is the fastest single video card ever, and yes it does exist.
It is a liquid cooled version of the 8800 Ultra.
I doubt that you need this, but if you have the money go right ahead.
I would buy a quad core cpu and at least 2 GB of DDR2-1000 RAM
