How do u keep one thing in color and the rest in black and white??

Not sure about Photofiltre, but most other programs I've used require me to make a selection around the object that I want to keep in color then invert the selection (in other words - select everything but the object. After that you can choose a B&W a.k.a. monochrome effect to the selection.
