hey. im really interested in modeling/acting, and i was just wondering where most people get discovered? i live in a small city in canada .. so its not like i live in LA or anything. please help

Take classes at a reputable school and find an agent. You don't "get discovered;" you work for it. Alternatively, if you're the right age, you could go to a college or university that has an acclaimed acting department.
There are tons of people (very beautiful and talented people, I might add) waiting to be "discovered." The ones who will make it aren't waiting for anything. They are out working toward their goal.

you most likely do not get discovered. but when you are out of high school you can move to a big city in Canada where they have acting schools and agents and work on a career, in the mean while you need to be in as many plays as you can. start with theater and then move up to making a resume, then get an agent, and then start going on auditions........also book a photo shoot that you can put in with your resume....good luck!!!!!
