Well, I guess sometimes they just don't know what to say, after seeing some really good profiles they might feel small and insignificant. New people also often have blank profiles and some people just use yahoo to get answers, they might not even pick a best answer, vote or answer questions.
Lots of people are just very private and also they might add more to their profile later. I started off like that and with no avatar but after seeing a few Qs like this I figured I should have something on there at least.

I just know they're not interested in answering any questions or getting any points and they just never come on here. The only reason the even bother having a Y!A is so when they need some homework help, they can come and ask on here.

Some people are just very private. You cant do anything about those of us who like it like that. as for making something up I think that lying is worse than saying nothing at all.

They just don't want the world to know everything about them. That is one of the great things about YA you can ask things you may never ask if people knew who you are. :)
