Thats's gonna depend on what procedure they use to augment your breasts. More than likely they should be able to. I am soooooooo jealous!!!!!!! I have always wanted one but now i'm 35 and starting to wonder why I should??? Getting old ya know. Actually it was planned but then I got pregnant and now I just don't think we can afford that and our babies so I tell myself I am too old. I am proud of you for doing what you want and feeling better about yourself. COngrats!!!!!!!

How old are you?

Most likely they can, I have read some women who are flat who went to a full B.
