I just mixed up a half pound of mixed vegetables, one thinly sliced veggie hot dog, 1 can of hot chili, two tablespoons of 100,000 heat unit cayenne (chili) powder, 1 tablespoon of black pepper the remains of a bag of elbow macaroni, a bag of small shells, and two packages of top ramen noodles without their packets of flavoring stuff. Now I am about to eat some. Doesn't this sound yummy?

The veggie dog was the only thing I had in the Frig and it wasn't mine, but one of my roommates.

GAWD! It sounds a lot like some of the slumgullion I throw together, except maybe a tad hotter. Funny some of us seasoned ( ha ha) people love their hawt stuff. And toss together stuff like this in lieu of cooking. I knew one old feller out at the home who always had a bottle of Tabasco sauce on the table, morning noon and night. In my frig. at present is a big pot of beans, rice, an onion, a turnip, frozen mixed veggies, black pepper, garlic flakes, garam masala, canned tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, and I forget what else. Gonna eat off of that for a week. I don't do Ramen though, except to say R-amen in homage to the FSM. Have a great weekend!

Sorry, not really, too much of a mix of the noodles, and only one hotdog. I would suggest that you invest in a Homes & Gardens cookbook. Or go on line to some of the recipe sites
I think you can do a lot better. But you have already started to cook this, so I guess this is what you will have to live with, At least you got the veggies in there, so you are getting your fiber.

I can't believe you've put all of this together. This is amazing. Now that you've eaten this, you tell me, WAS IT YUMMY?
And, I'm going to have to take your word for it, because I cannot eat the hot stuff, never could, even when I was a young kid. The only thing that sounds like it really doesn't belong is the mixed vegetables. But, I'm counting on you to tell me whether it was good or not!

Since surgery I've only reached the " cup-a-soup" stage so I'm sure this would send me back to the hospital Wally. Lol!
Some of you men cook so funny. When my son was down visiting me two weeks ago, he made a giant batch of chili and had our family over. He used.....cocoa, coffee, cinnimon, cayenne pepper, beer etc. Actually it tasted good but I would never combine all of that stuff together. Lol

What can I say? I've fixed some pretty revolting meals myself, as long as I'm cooking just for myself.
Hubby asks me when I go to visit him (he's back in the hospital) what I've had to eat, and sometimes I have to lie, otherwise he'll scold me.
Last night I had two drumsticks and a handful of steak fries from the deli at the supermarket, and I heated up a package of Steamfresh veggies. Finished it off with a pair of Pecan Sandies. That was one of my healthier meals.

actually i don't think it sounds too bad. Many nites when i make a pick me up supper,i throw whatever is in the fridge left over and I love hot stuff and use tons of Tabasco sauce, only thing i would never eat or have in my house would be a veggie hot dog, life is too short to eat that, unless you are a vegetatian.

Dude, you need to discover real food. You know...unprocessed; not out of a box. Visit a supermarket. Look at whole foods. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc. The crap you're eating is destroying your ability to reason.
