i got many beating as a kid and later it stopped when my parents realized i has gotten used to it. i never got grounded and sent to my room. always got beat down with a belt, wire hanger, extension cords, those big wooden spoons, slapped, kicked, choked, manhandled, even poked with a fork. i don't think i deserved all this but it did make me grow tough skin and learn to endure anything difficult. like that song "a boy named sue". i never got whipped on the butt; everywhere else but the butt. it's too fleshy. don't think i'll do this to my kids if i have any. not everyone is made to handle it.

Spare the rod injury the new child-that's the motto my father had and that i think I grew to become out to do exactly positive. Bleeding hearts are all approximately letting their little ones "convey themselves". nicely time and time lower back that's shown that those are the youngsters that are screaming the food market, those are the youngsters throwing in the towel of school, and those are the persons sitting on dying row. there is unquestionably no longer something incorrect with spanking a new child, in certainty it relatively is the only self-discipline technique that works.

So it's okay if you boss whips you? No, there's laws against that. It's insane we don't have laws to protect our children from physical attacks from their parents or anyone else.
